HOBBYIST ADVERTISING - Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise stated advertising banners and pages are placed for a minimum of one full year on the Hobbyist website following payment of relevant amount(s).

In the unlikely event of complaints about your products or service(s) we reserve the right to remove any offending advertising. Payments are not refundable.

Please check the text and images for your ad carefully before submitting them to us - any changes required after the advertisement is posted will be charged at our current hourly rate.

Advertising copy and images must be relevant for the section in which the ad is to be placed. We will refuse to place ads we feel are unsuitable or likely to cause offence and reserve the right to accept or refuse any advertisement.

It is the responsibility of all those submitting material for advertising or other purposes to ensure that it does not infringe any other party's copyright or any other laws or legal constraints whatsoever, and that all those who do submit material for advertising or other purposes shall indemnify us against actions or costs relating to any such infringements, howsoever caused.

We reserve the right to amend, vary or withdraw any or all of the terms, conditions and offers stated or implied that apply to the sale of advertising space, including separate pages, at any time. The reservation of such rights does not impinge upon any contracts existing before the exercise of such rights.

We will take all reasonable steps and precautions to ensure that the website and advertising is available on the internet constantly throughout the year, but cannnot be held responsible for factors out of our control such as server failure and maintenance or other electronic or mechanical failures.
